Everest Panorama trekking, a short adventure of little more than a week leads you to magnificent country around high Khumbu. A scenic walk with constant views of towering snow-capped peaks throughout the trek in the harmony of local colorful culture.
Everest Panorama trekking, a perfect adventure holiday for all types of people and age-group where the trail leads to moderate walks. As the journey proceeds heading higher ground, and for every hard effort, rewards you with spectacular scenery of dramatic landscapes. 
A moderate grade trek, altitude gains at a gradual pace which makes the walk more enjoyable overlooking beautiful surrounding views. Everest Panorama Trekking is a combination of scenic scenery with a blend of the lovely age-old cultural heritage of the Sherpa’s.
The adventure begins from Kathmandu, taking a swift short flight to land at a mountainous airfield in Lukla Tenzing & Hillary Airport. Lukla a famous gateway Sherpa town for various adventure around high Khumbu and beyond, where all walk begins and ends.  
From Lukla on a pleasant trail to begin with, as walk follows to lovely Sherpa villages adorned with interesting prayer monuments. As adventure progress reaching the entrance of Sagarmatha National Park, the park is enriched with exotic flora and fauna. 
Most world's highest mountains are located within the national park like Everest, Lhotse, and Cho-Oyu with many famous peaks. 
On entering the park premises, the walk continues following Dudh Kosi River within a deep gorge covered within a lovely alpine forest. Slowly adventure leads to a long winding uphill towards renowned Namche Bazaar, the Khumbu capital. Here trekkers can enjoy various facilities that Namche has to offer from banks, luxury to standard hotels and lodges. 
At Namche spending an extra day for acclimatization, as well as for a short hike to its scenic viewpoints. From Namche adventure leads to our next destination at Tengboche our main highlight of the trip. Walk follows on scenic wide gradual trail facing grand views of Everest, Nuptse, and Lhotse with magnificent looking Ama Dablam. After a pleasant walk and then climb towards Tengboche and its colorful majestic monastery, located on a high small plateau.
Tengboche is an amazing place surrounded by an array of high snow peaks with a grand view of Mt. Everest, Lhotse, and Nuptse. Includes close views of beautiful Mt. Ama Dablam, here visit the impressive monastery and observe young monks in prayer activities.
A marvelous spot for excellent Everest Panorama, within close surroundings of lovely rhododendron and pine tree forest. Tengboche monastery holds a grand festival called Mani Rimdu during the month of October and November as per the Buddhist calendar. 
After a wonderful moment at Tengboche with a tour of its colorful monastery, then head back for a return journey to Lukla. On route to Namche and beyond, a walk leads to a lovely Khumjung a quant village quite different from Namche Bazaar. Located on a wide glacial valley, here with time to explore the village and its traditional heritage farm life. 
From Khumjung visit of near Khunde village, and then a long downhill to Namche and further to Dudh Kosi River. Last day walk on a pleasant trail through a number of nice villages then arriving at Lukla town. Spend the final overnight stop around Khumbu and Everest in the comfort of a nice lodge, and then fly to Kathmandu. On reaching Kathmandu our exciting adventure concludes, after a great glorious experience on Everest Panorama Trekking.

Trip Itinerary

On arrival at Kathmandu, Nepal international airport, our guide and staff receives you with warm welcome, and then a short drive to your hotel located in the hub of Kathmandu city. After checking into your nice rooms, with refreshing rest and then meet members for Everest Panorama trek, our guide will provide briefing with information regarding the trek, local lodge on route, culture and sightseeing tour around Kathmandu heritage sites. Evening enjoy a group welcome dinner in a typical Nepali restaurants includes folk cultural program as entertainment along with dinner. 

A free day in Kathmandu, allowing member to get familiarized with local cultures, as well for trek preparations. On this day enjoy guided sightseeing tour at places of interest, our guide takes you around historical and cultural places listed in World Heritage Sites. After a wonderful day visiting places of great historical and cultural wonders, then back to hotel final preparation for Everest Panorama trekking. 

As per the time for Lukla flight, depart from the hotel for short transfer to Kathmandu domestic airport, after checking in through security then board in a small aircraft for short flight to Lukla, 
during air borne enjoy grand panorama of Himalayan chain of peaks with view of Mt. Everest.

After 35 minutes landing at Lukla at Tenzing - Hillary airport, from Lukla our adventure begins heading towards our overnight stop at Phakding village. From Luka a few hour walk on pleasant trail through several Sherpa villages adorned with Buddhist monuments lined with prayer walls and rows of spinning wheels. The day ends on reaching at Phakding in the comfort of a nice cozy lodge close to Dudh Kosi River.


Morning after breakfast, today’s walk takes you to famous Namche Bazaar, quite a long day trek due to altitude gain. Leaving Phakding walk starts on nice gentle up following Dudh Kosi River upstream, crossing bridges towards Monjo village close to Sagarmatha National Park.

From Monjo village enter Sagarmatha National Park. Where route leads to cross over a bridge towards the last village of Jorsalle. After a brief rest or for lunch stop, afternoon walk on river bed covered with rhododendron and pine tree forest. As walk continues then climb to cross the last bridge before Namche Bazaar, rewards with lovely views of Kwangde peaks, on a clear day view of Mt. Everest can be seen on walk to Namche Bazaar.

After few hour steady climb on winding path then reaching Namche Bazaar, one of the largest village almost the size of a town here for two overnight stops with rest days.

A full day at Namche Bazaar a place with various facilities the streets are lined with well-stocked stores and shops with many good restaurants, café’, banks and ATM facilities. 
Enjoy grand view of Kwangde and Tharmasarku, after breakfast take a short hike to support acclimatization, before heading towards higher ground.

Namche Bazaar a perfect height at 3,440 m for rest day, an options for walks above Namche Bazaar visit the museum close to park headquarter, offers grand view of Everest and Ama Dablam with array of peaks. For energetic people can take a hike to Everest View Hotel for best views of Everest, afternoon at leisure explore the streets of Namche Bazaar lined with many shops, stores and fancy restaurants.

From Namche after a refreshing rest, morning starts with short up and then on gentle scenic winding trail facing views of snow peaks, as walk descend to Imjatse River at a small place Phunge-Tenga for lunch stop, afternoon a climb into  rhododendron, pines and fir forest then reaching a beautiful spot at Tengboche and the impressive colorful monastery.

At Tengboche for overnight stop with time to visit the monastery of great religious and cultural interest, located within green woodland surrounded by array of snow peaks with views of 
Everest and majestic Ama Dablam.

After a pleasant morning facing glorious panorama of Everest and adjoining peaks, adventure leads back to downhill on the same route to small place of Phunge Tenga. After crossing a bridge then climb for an hour towards Sanasa village. Where route to Namche and Khumjung splits. Walk diverts from the main trail with slow climb into a small forested area of birch, juniper and rhododendron trees. As walk continues uphill to reach a wide scenic valley at 

Khumjung village for overnight and possible lunch stop.

A lovely quiet sleepy village, where few group of trekkers often visit this nice large settlement of Sherpa, an opportunity to observe more of local immense culture and custom.

At Khumjung with to visit its monastery, one of the oldest Gompa of Khumbu situated beneath sacred and holy Khumbila the patron god of Khumbu Sherpa. The monastery treasures a scalp of a Yeti, kept in a glass box, visitors can witness after offering some donations.
Rest of the day at leisure and explore the village and enjoy observing the local traditional farm life along with grand views of snow peaks.

After a pleasant overnight at Khumjung, a short walk to Khunde village with the first hospital of Khumbu, established and built by late Edmund Hillary Trust. After a short interesting visit of the hospital, walk on nice pleasant path and then downhill to Namche bazaar for lunch stop. Afternoon walk leads to long descend to Dudh Kosi River and then towards Jorsalle. 
After crossing a bridge a short steep climb to the entrance and exit point of Sagarmatha National Park, from here a short walk to Monjo village for overnight after a lovely day walk.


Today last day trek of the adventure, an easy walk of few hours to Lukla, morning begins crossing a long bridge then following a good trail to Phakding, and then through nice villages of Ghat and Choplung. After a nice morning walk climb for an hour to enter the main gate of Lukla town. On reaching the western end of Lukla, and then walk to your lodge for last overnight stop around Khumbu and Everest region, here with time to explore Lukla town of great interest.

Having early breakfast, short walk to Lukla or Tenzing & Hillary airport, as the plane arrives from Lukla, and then board in a small aircraft for short scenic flight to Kathmandu facing stunning panorama of Himalayan peaks and landscapes of rolling green hills and valley. On reaching at Kathmandu airport, a short drive back into city life of Kathmandu. After checking in to your hotel rooms, rest of the day free at leisure.  

Reserved this free day as contingency in case of flight delay and cancellation at Lukla or in the beginning of the trek flying from Kathmandu. This is normal can happen sometimes due to bad weather condition, it is always wise to have a spare day. If all goes well reaching Kathmandu on time, enjoy the free day for individual activities or join in for exciting tour to Patan and Bhaktapur a beautiful cities and worth a visit.

Last day in Kathmandu, depart from the hotel as per your international flight time our staff and guide will transfer you for short drive to the airport for final departure from Nepal, after a great wonderful experience with memorable adventure on Everest Panorama Trekking.
