On arrival at Kathmandu, Nepal international airport, our guide and staff receives you with warm welcome, and then a short drive to your hotel located in the hub of Kathmandu city. After checking into your nice rooms, with refreshing rest and then meet members for Ghorepani & Poon Hill Trek, our guide will provide briefing with information regarding the trek, local lodge on route, culture and sightseeing tour around Kathmandu heritage sites. Evening enjoy a group welcome dinner in a typical Nepali restaurants includes folk cultural program as entertainment along with dinner. 

A free day in Kathmandu, allowing member to get familiarized with local cultures, as well for trek preparations. On this day enjoy guided sightseeing tour at places of interest, our guide takes you around historical and cultural places listed in World Heritage Sites. After a wonderful day visiting places of great historical and cultural wonders, then back to hotel final preparation for Ghorepani & Poon Hill Trekking. 

Morning having early breakfast or on the way, a drive either in a car, coach or taking regular tourist bus to Pokhara. Whatever the options drive leads beyond Kathmandu valley, on the busy main highway of Kathmandu and Pokhara. 

Enjoy the exciting ride overlooking beautiful landscapes of rolling green hills and valleys, as drive continues past farm villages and towns. Includes lovely views of snow clad peaks towards north-west, as drive follows Trisuli River a popular river for rafting. On leaving the Trisuli River and town of Mugling, drive head west then finally reaching at Pokhara. At Pokhara transfer to respective hotels by the beautiful Phewa Lake, rest of the afternoon enjoy a stroll around the lake side facing grand views of Annapurna, Machhapuchare Himal with Manaslu range of peaks. Pokhara a popular tourist holiday destination, located on a verdant valley with close views Annapurna Himalaya.

From Pokhara our adventure starts and ends, morning after breakfast enjoy a scenic drive of few hours. An interesting ride heading beyond Pokhara city and the valley with exciting views of Annapurna Himalaya range. Drive leads through nice farm villages and terraces of paddies. After two hours of scenic ride on main road, our route diverts to Bhirethati lovely village. 

From here our treks starts towards higher cooler hills, as climb takes you through farm field and villages to Tirkhedhunga for overnight stop, in the comfort of a nice lodge close to beautiful waterfalls. 

Start the morning with steep climb for few hours on long stone steps to Ulleri a large village, populated by Magar the hill tribes of Western Nepal. 
From Ulleri, walk on gradual uphill trail covered in dense forest of beautiful trees lined with tall rhododendron, pines, magnolia and firs. After a pleasant walk within forested path reaching a high ridge at Ghorepani village. 
All fine houses serving as lodges are painted in blue colors, situated amidst lovely rhododendron forest. Enjoy rest of the afternoon marveling grand views of Dhaulagiri Himalaya range of peaks in the comfort of a nice lodge.

Ghorepani, located beneath scenic Poon Hill an early morning a short climb of less than an hour to Poon Hill stands at 3,210 m high. From this high spot enjoy stunning views of sunrise over series of Himalayan peaks, includes world’s three highest mountain range. Overlooking massive Dhaulagiri, Annapurna and Manaslu as far towards Ganesh Himal towards far eastern horizon.

After a grand morning vista of Snow Mountains and sunrise, back to Ghorepani for breakfast, and continue trek heading high to Deurali hill. The top offers great views of Annapurna and Machhapuchare Himal the famous Fish Tail peak with last look of great Dhaulagiri Himalaya range. Walk descend to a gully reaching at Bhanthati village, situated on a gorge. From here downhill continues to a stream and then climb for an hour to Tadapani, a small settlement with nice lodges facing grand view of Annapurna South and Machhapuchare Himal.

Enjoy the morning close views of Annapurna South, Huin Chuli and Machhapuchare Himal the Fish-Tail peak. Having good breakfast, a lovely pleasant walk follows on gradual trail through beautiful forest.

As walk continues heading downhill towards large Ghandrung village, populated by the Gurung ethnic hill tribes of Annapurna region. Arriving at Ghandrung by lunch time, afternoon at leisure to explore this traditional Gurung village with views of Annapurna peaks. An interesting place to visit is Gurung museum treasures ancient items and farm tools, the Gurung follows Buddhism with their own ancestral cult of Bon worship also, a pre-Buddhist sect. 

From Ghandrung, our wonderful walk completes, with short descend to a road-head at Kimche farm village, and then board on a jeep or similar type of vehicles for few hour drive back to Pokhara for lunch and overnight stop on this beautiful and scenic city by the serene Lake Phewa. 

Depart from the hotel in Pokhara after breakfast for interesting drive to Kathmandu, as ride leads towards Trisuli River. Following the river for few hours and then drive heads on winding uphill, then reaching the outskirt of Kathmandu valley and city. Finally drive reach you back to your hotel, afternoon free at leisure for individual activities and shopping souvenirs.

Last day in Kathmandu, depart from the hotel as per your international flight time our staff and guide will transfer you for the short drive to the airport for final departure from Nepal, after a great wonderful experience with memorable short adventure around Ghorepani & Poon Hill Trekking.
